With more than 30 years of commercial development and management experience, and vertically integrated with a full construction division (PARC Construction), we are one of the area's most experienced commercial developers. 

PARC Companies have extensive experience in the development and ongoing management of retail, shopping centers, fast food, and gas stations. With an eye for emerging trends in the market, PARC has sold its retail operations segment, and has expanded to include a greater focus on multi-family residential development.

In addition to active development projects, PARC Companies continue to manage self-developed and leased commercial sites within its extensive portfolio of properties.

Phil Kleinman

Phil Kleinman
Founder, President, & CEO

With many years of executive experience, Phil has successfully led the development and management of numerous real estate ventures across industries. In his current role, Phil’s innate drive and entrepreneurial mindset guides the leadership team’s strategic vision, profitability, and assets. Phil resides in NC with his wife, Charisse, along with his two children and grandchildren.

Bradley Seeloff

Bradley Seeloff
Director of Construction

A construction industry veteran, Bradley has been a licensed general contractor since the age of eighteen. A graduate of Michigan State University with a BS in Building Construction Management, he has more than 46 years of experience in construction—primarily in new construction of multi-family apartments, and multi-family renovations.

Bradley shares his talents by helping to build handicap access and accommodations for the elderly, building furniture, and teaching woodworking classes for children in the community.  He has three children and four grandchildren. 

Kamarsha Ryan

Controller

With a lengthy tenure as head of accounting and HR, two undergraduate degrees in Business and Accounting (Cum Laude, High Point University), and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting, Kamarsha brings a deep pool of 15+ years experience to the leadership of accounting and finance operations.

Born and raised in the Caribbean, she enjoys travel, volleyball, and watching track & field. She is active in the community and serves as Treasurer for both the Greensboro Blazers Children's Sports Club as well as Raindrop Memories (an organization dedicated to providing support items at no cost to families facing the loss of a child through miscarriage, stillbirth, or loss after birth).

Robert Kleinman

Director of Real Estate & Development

Robert is an Owner of PARC Companies, and the son of President Phil Kleinman. Robert has played an active role in the company since 2016 and is intricately involved in the company’s Real Estate and Development decisions. Robert is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and handles the company’s property management responsibilities. In his current role, his focus is on deal-structuring, finance, and oversight of the company’s profitability and long-term vision.

Robert grew up in Greensboro, NC, and holds a Business Management degree from Florida State University. He also serves on the Real Estate Committee of Daly Seven, Inc., a hotel management and development company with over 40 properties in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. He currently resides in Greensboro, NC, with his wife and two children.

Dawn

Dawn Wright
Assistant Project Manager

With over 10+ years of professional analytical and 6+ years of project management experience, Dawn brings a key component to the Construction Team with her diverse and successful background. She has worked her way up the construction realm while proving herself to be a demonstrated team player.  Her passion for her job allows her to optimize time management and organization in order to maintain key communication to both internal and external players. Her construction endorsements and certifications in her role result in seamless facilitation of projects from conception to completion.

Outside of work, Dawn spends many hours as a volunteer in the Community and is an avid supporter of missions that promote nourishing families with food to grow, learn and thrive.  “If we all contribute a little bit, a lot of people will have more than just a little” is a philosophy she adheres to. She holds a degree in Business Administration. She has a daughter in Florida and currently resides in Kernersville, NC with her husband and beloved French Bulldog who keeps her on her toes.  She enjoys swimming, motorcycling, concerts and movies. 

Roy Andy Atkins
Lead Superintendent

With a journey that began at Central Piedmont College and through the fiery kitchens as a Chef, Andy soon found his true passion in the art of carpentry. From humble beginnings as a carpenter's assistant, Andy has dedicated over two decades to crafting homes with precision and care. 

In 2005, he solidified his expertise by earning his GC license and swiftly climbed the ranks to Superintendent, overseeing multifamily projects across North and South Carolina. Today, with 17 years of experience in building multifamily apartment complexes he continues to leave his mark on the landscape of residential development. He remains committed to excellence in every project.  Andy's contributions have proven invaluable to our Team's success and his unique perspective and proactive approach significantly enhances the Team's capabilities.

Beyond the construction site, he finds solace in the unwavering support of his beloved wife for over a decade, Loretta.  Together, accompanied by the ever-faithful German Shepherd, Lad, they embark on adventures along the North Carolina coast, where the sound of crashing waves and the laughter of loved ones fill the air. His family extends to Elizabeth City, NC, where his son Corey and his wife Grace reside, recently blessed with the arrival of Andy's grandson. Andy's daughter, Crystal, thrives in Golden, Colorado.
